Details & Presentation

Our sandwiches are ordered by the dozen in a single flavor.

Pricing

  • Standard Pricing: $68 per dozen.
  • Volume Discount: Orders exceeding 200 sandwiches receive a discounted price of $65 per dozen.
  • Standard Labels (Included): Choose our signature gingham Nye’s Cream labels at no additional charge. These traditional gingham labels are lovingly hand-wrapped around each sandwich.

Label Options & Customization

Want to personalize your desserts? We offer custom labeling to perfectly match your event’s theme or colors!

Custom Label Pricing: $9 per dozen (in addition to the sandwich price).

Custom Label Deadline: Custom designs require adequate time for printing and preparation. Labels must be finalized no later than 3 weeks prior to the event date.

Custom Design Process: You can select from our sample label designs or send us any high-resolution image via PDF to create a unique label just for your event.

The Ice Cream Cart Experience

  • Rental Fee: The cost is $350, which covers all essentials for a delightful two-hour service period.
  • What’s Included: Your rental includes the Vintage Push Cart, umbrella, charming chimes, full setup and breakdown, and a friendly attendant for up to 2 hours of service time.
  • Service Timeline: We ensure everything is ready by arriving at least 30 minutes prior to your scheduled start time for setup, and we handle the breakdown 30 minutes after the rental period ends.
  • Please Note: The Ice Cream Sandwiches must be purchased separately from the rental fee.

Customized Add-Ons

Tailor the service to perfectly match your event timeline:

  • Extended Service: Need the treats to keep rolling? Extend the fun for $85 per additional hour.
  • Early Set Up: If you require the cart to be fully set up more than 30 minutes before your service time begins, the cost is an additional $85.

Location & Availability

The Push Cart rental is only available locally within Wilmington, NC and surrounding areas.

Ordering & Logistics

  1. Proposal: Once your selections are finalized, we will email you a completed proposal for review and approval.
  2. Deposit: Your event date is added to our delivery schedule upon receipt of a non-refundable deposit (50% of the total bill).
  3. Final Selections: Flavor selections and quantities must be finalized 2 weeks before your event date.
  4. Final Payment: The final payment is due one week before the event date.

Delivery and shipping charges are based on order size and event location and will be calculated on your final order. Applicable charges include:

  • Local delivery fees and/or FedEx/UPS shipping fees
  • North Carolina sales taxes
  • Packaging fees (cooler + dry ice)

Your Nye’s Cream Sandwiches will arrive securely packaged in a cooler with dry ice, designed to keep them frozen throughout your event. We will be sure to provide your caterer with instructions on the proper way to hold and serve the product.
